1. Return Eligibility for Coffee Merchandise

To be eligible for a return of coffee merchandise, please ensure that:
- The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The item is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Coffee beans, drip coffee, and other perishable goods.
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount.
- Gift cards.

3. Return Process for Coffee Merchandise

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email us at Contact@LocoYoko.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
2. Return Authorization: Wait for a return authorization from our customer service team.
3. Return Shipping: Once authorized, send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds for Coffee Merchandise

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:
- It may take several days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges for Coffee Merchandise

We only replace coffee merchandise if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Contact@LocoYoko.com with your order number and details of the issue.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
