Every bag is roasted within 48 hours of your order leaving Toronto, so what lands on your counter is weeks fresher than anything shipped from a distributor's warehouse. Because we roast the same single-origin lots and signature blends we sell direct to consumers, your customers get restaurant-grade consistency, batch after batch — not a random "food service blend" swapped out whenever pricing shifts.
No contracts, no minimum term, and a real human who answers when you call. Scale up as you grow — our tiers unlock automatically, and Partner-level accounts get custom blends built around your menu.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum to get started — our Starter tier kicks in from just 2 kg/month, so you can test the fit before committing to volume.
How fresh is wholesale coffee compared to retail?
Identical — we roast wholesale orders on the same schedule as direct-to-consumer, within 48 hours of dispatch. There's no separate, older "food service" stock.
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes — mention it in your application and we'll send a sample pack of your top picks so your team can cup them before the first full order.
Do you offer custom or private-label blends?
Partner-tier accounts (50kg+/month) can work with our roastmaster on a custom blend built around your menu. Reach out and we'll talk through what's possible at your volume.
What areas do you deliver to?
We ship wholesale orders across Canada from our Toronto roastery. Local GTA accounts can also arrange pickup — ask when you apply.
