Frequently asked questions

Everything about ordering, shipping, freshness and subscriptions. Can't find your answer? We're a message away.

When is my coffee roasted, and how fresh will it be?

We roast to order in small batches. Your beans are roasted the same week they ship and reach you within days of roasting — never sitting on a shelf. Each bag is stamped with its roast date.

How long does shipping take, and is it free?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Canada-wide delivery is typically 2–6 business days. Shipping is free across Canada on orders over $50 (over US $70 for U.S. orders).

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships, or you can check anytime on our Track Order page.

What's your return & refund policy?

If something isn't right, reach out within 30 days and we'll make it good. Full details are on our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy pages.

How does a coffee subscription work?

Choose your coffee, size, grind and delivery frequency on our Subscription page. You save 15% on every bag, no matter which frequency you choose. Skip, swap or cancel anytime — no commitment.

Whole bean or ground — which should I choose?

Whole bean keeps coffee freshest. If you don't have a grinder, pick the grind that matches your brewer (espresso, filter, French press) at checkout. Our Grind Guide walks you through it.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do — delivered instantly by email and redeemable on anything in the shop. Browse them on our Gift Cards page.

Do you sell wholesale or supply cafés?

Yes. We partner with cafés, offices and restaurants. Tell us what you need on our Wholesale page and we'll be in touch.

Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?

Yes — earn points on every order and redeem them for discounts on future purchases. Check your balance and rewards on our Rewards page.

Can I get notified when a sold-out coffee is back?

Yes. Sold-out coffees list on our Back in Stock page, where you can join the notify list to get an email the moment a restock ships.
