We're a proudly Canadian, family-run roaster on a simple mission: get genuinely fresh, ethically-sourced coffee from the world's best farms to your kitchen — fast.

[ Why we started ]

It started with a bad cup of coffee.

In 2019 we were tired of paying premium prices for "fresh" beans that had been sitting in a warehouse for months. Stale, flat, no roast date in sight. So we bought a small roaster, learned the craft, and started roasting for friends and neighbours across Canada.

Word spread fast. Turns out a lot of Canadians wanted the same thing we did: real, traceable coffee roasted in small batches and shipped while it's still at its peak. Today we roast to order every week and ship right across the country — but the obsession hasn't changed.
